Radio Birdman became one of the defining forces in Australian independent rock. Its charismatic frontman, Rob Younger, carried that intensity forward as a singer, songwriter and producer.
The New Christs became his central long-running group, while his production work connected him to a much wider network of Australian bands.
His music is the reason why I made Divine Rites. Thanks for all, Rob.
